After what we felt was a breach of contract with a company that my husband was recently working for,our provider firm consulted with us,review our documents and then sent a letter for us demanding compensation. Two weeks later we recieved a cheque from the company for $6514.90 for vacation pay not yet taken,as agreed upon in the contract. Also as it turn out because we know what our rights are from the advice given us by our provider firm,we can stiil goafter the company for another $4500 where they illegally deducted workers safety benefits from our cheque.
Because our provider firm informed us of our rightswe made another phone call to another govrnment department where they will investigate this company and force them to pay back our $4500.
That is a total of $11314.00 that we have walked away from had we had not our provider membership, and the only membership fee that we pay for this membership is a very low monthly membership fee which has now been paidfor the next 26 years.
Thank you Mr.Provider for your courage and wisdom in making equal access to the justice system a reality for all.And thank you Mr.Provider foryour diligent assistance in this matter.
